 CIBC’S MONIQUE GIROUX TAKES OVER AS NEW CHAIR OF SMCC
Monique Giroux, Senior Director of Community Investment with CIBC, was elected Chair of the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada (SMCC) at the association’s Annual General Meeting on January 20 in Toronto. Giroux takes over from Brenda Woods, Head of Marketing with Visa Canada Corporation, who has been Chair since 2007. Woods remains a member of the SMCC’s Board of Directors. ...
